Start with a free, 30-minute discovery call. You and your nutrition coach, Kristy Castro, will discuss your current habits, future goals, and any questions you have about the program.

Program Framework

Phase 1: Crowding In

  • Crowding in MORE of what makes us feel good
  • Incorporating real, whole foods that give your body nutrients and energy on a daily basis
  • Establishing healthier habits with movement, exercise, stress management, sleep and other areas troubling you.

Phase 2: Crowding Out

  • Crowding out what doesn't serve you: empty calories, processed foods, toxic thoughts, and habits that drain you. 
  • We focus on crowding out, versus eliminating because life is all about balance. It's ridiculous to say you can never eat a cookie again, so we focus on less instead of none.  

Phase 3: Optimizing for Goals

  • Enhancing your new habits with a deeper dive into nutrition
  • Weight loss, managing cravings and simplifying portion control. 
  • Mindset and body image to keep you strong of mind, body and heart.

Phase 4: Hormones. Gut Health and Bio Individuality:

  • We are all unique. So we cover what YOU need: gut health, adrenals, blood sugar, thyroid or other. 
Weight Loss

Does it feel like you’ve tried every diet and nothing has worked? Do you do endless cardio but the scale won’t seem to budge? Weight loss can be frustrating, as in, really, really frustrating. As a personal trainer, I have helped hundreds of men and women lose weight, drop body fat, and tone up their muscles.

Personal Training

NASM-certified trainer, functional training specialist, TRX certified, group fitness instructor, and Zumba certified.

If you need help meeting your weight loss and body goals, I offer personal training. This can be done in my studio or I also make house visits (certain restrictions apply). I create fun, unique, and challenging programs that cater to any injuries, limitations, and goals.
