Why do I Need a Health Coach?
We all know we should eat better, drink more water, workout, practice self care....but if it were that easy, why aren't we all doing it? Why does life always seem to get in the way or bring about challenges? The truth is, there are millions of recipes, workouts, and research available at our fingertips, thank you internet. But just because it's there, doesn't mean we are putting it to practice. Having someone checking in and holding you accountable, will help you reach your goals and see long-lasting results.
Ask yourself: If I had to workout at home alone, would I do it every day and give it my 100%? Would you perform at the same level as if someone were there coaching and pushing you through it?
If you knew no one was checking in on what you were eating, would you stick to healthy eating at least 90% of the time?
Sometimes, we need someone to hold us accountable to do what we say we are going to do. And occasionally, we need someone to pick us up and put us back on course when we fall off the boat for a while.
