Likely you’ve heard of a lot of them – Vitamin D, A, E, C – but don’t know exactly what they actually do or which ones you should be taking. You aren’t alone. In fact, even professional studies have conflicting results; some evidence shows that vitamin supplementation aids in nutrient absorption, helps prevents chronic disease, and can contribute to an increased life span. However, other studies say there’s no evidence that vitamin supplementation provides any benefit.
