There is a lot of info out there telling us what to eat, how to workout, and what to do to get healthy. But there is a big disconnect between having that information and doing what we need to do.
The onslaught of daily stress, lack of time, and access to ready-made (and inexpensive) junk food that’s all too often within reach makes it easy to select less-healthy choices.
A health coach keeps you accountable to do what you say you are going to do. I am there to make sure you follow through with your health and nutrition goals. I’m there to help you through your journey to better health and remind you that you aren’t in alone. And occasionally, I will be there to pick you up and put you back on course when you fall off the boat for a while.
