What’s a Health Coach?

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor who helps you feel your best through food and lifestyle changes and personalized, one-on-one encouragement. 

As your health coach, I will help you create new, healthy habits, let go of unhealthy behaviors, set goals and hold you accountable for reaching them.
Health coaches are positioned and trained to support you in changing your diet, lifestyle, and behavior—which is the single most important step you can take to address chronic disease.
